Each of our partners contributes a distinct viewpoint and skill to addressing the problems of modern education and research.
UNITN
UniTN is the coordinator of C-FLEX, leveraging its experience in European projects encompassing both research and education.
Its main contribution is in leading the design and implementation of the сhallenge-based learning summer school pilot, as well as contributing from a pedagogical and technological angle.
Most importantly, UNITN provides the vision and guidance for the C-FLEX consortium. UniTN’s contributions to the project will leverage its strong track-record in the design and execution of innovative education.
KTH
KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm is one of Europe’s leading technical and engineering universities, a key centre of intellectual talent and innovation.
The Department of Energy Technology researches are conducted in various contexts within energy conversion, power production and the distribution and use of energy. High demands are placed today on energytechnical solutions to be resource-efficient and sustainable from an environmental point of view, as well as from a technical, economic and societal perspective.
Rennes
The University of Rennes 1 is Brittany’s largest university. Carrying out research in many different areas, it is recognized by experts both nationally and internationally.
The UR1 team has focused its work on collaborative activities on education innovation, and on activities directly related to the start-up creation of innovative ventures.
Since 2016, the UR1 team has offered courses in a blended education format. It has developed and customized online content to support blended education.
TU/e
The Eindhoven University of Technology is a leading in engineering science & technology specialized university.
TU/e has maintained the implementation of academic blended masters with other European universities. It is championing Challenge-Based Learning as a form of active learning, based on real-life challenges, helping to shift from teaching to learning.
TU/e emphasises CBL as a form of just-in-time-learning, including self-directed and contextualized learning combined with reflection to lead to a deeper level of understanding.
TU Delft
Delft University of Technology is the oldest, largest, and most comprehensive technical university in the Netherlands.
TU Delft collaborates with other educational establishments and research institutes, both within and outside of the Netherlands. It also enjoys partnerships with governments, trade organisations, numerous consultancy companies, industry and enterprises.
A basic premise at TU Delft is to deliver effective scientific education. This demands the very latest insights from research be shared with students.
Ja Bulgaria
JA Worldwide is one of the largest global social enterprises focused on innovation and entrepreneurial education.
JA Bulgaria is responsible for establishing a link with the non-governmental sector, providing sustainability / green tech and pre-acceleration expertise, as well as benchmarking (via HEInnovate participation).
Leveraging on its network, its aim is to maximize the outreach and the results of the project while providing а closer look at its social dimension.
